من ذاكرة الثورة السورية: في أول جمعة من شهر نيسان عام 2011، شهدت أول مجزرة ترتكب بحق المتظاهرين في مدينة دومــا.. كان شباب البلد يتساقطون أمامي من زخات رصاص تجمعات الشبيحة.. وكنت أنقل الصورة مباشرة عبر صفحتي هذه، ثم جاءني اتصال من تلفزيون الأورينت لأشهد بالواقعة، وكان هذا قبل أن تنزلق الأورينت وترتدي عباءة مريديها الجدد، حين كانت تعتبرنا كلنا ســوريين مهما كانت ملتّنا وطائفتنا وتوجهنا.. في اليوم نفسه أرسلت مقالا ً مطولا ً عن مدينة دوما لصحيفة “لوس أنجلوس تايمز” بناء على طلب مراسلة الصحيفة. بعد نشر المقالة، فوجئت بتزوير الحقيقة في مقالتي!!! نشرت الصحيفة الأميركية أن المواجهة التي حدثت في دوما كانت بين النظام والإسلاميين !!!.. يومها أدركت أن هناك من سيلعب بنا، وأن مواجهتنا يتم التحضير لها جيداً!!..
